Job Description

At Firespring, our video producer plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of video production—both short and long form, commercial and broadcast. The ideal candidate will also lead all photography projects from setup to shooting to editing. You’ll work with the internal team and on-site with the client to understand and execute the vision—oftentimes helping to develop that vision. Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or Art is preferred.
  • 3+ years of commercial production experience including directing, shooting, lighting and editing. 
  • Editing experience using the Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition and Photoshop. 
  • Experience with Sony DSLRs and Blackmagic Pocket Cinema is ideal.
  • Ability to manage projects within specified budgets and timelines.
  • Keen eye for typography and visual aesthetics.   
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Capability to juggle multiple assignments concurrently while maintaining high standards of work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs.
  • This position requires a minimum of 2 days in our Lincoln, NE Headquarters, and as needed for client and project work.
