Job Description

Are you ready to take the lead in optimizing sales performance and driving revenue growth? We’re seeking a dynamic sales enablement manager to spearhead our sales enablement initiatives and foster alignment across our organization. As the link between various teams, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing sales processes, improving team performance, and achieving company objectives. Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end performance of sales enablement initiatives, from programmatic design to successful delivery to the teams.
  • Continuously optimize existing enablement approaches based on performance metrics and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between client-facing teams to bridge gaps and facilitate collaboration.
  • Gather insights from cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement in sales processes.
  • Develop and execute initiatives that align with broader company goals and objectives.
  • Track and analyze sales enablement metrics and KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Lead training and onboarding processes for the Solutions team.
  • Collaborate with the Solutions team to develop strategies and initiatives to achieve growth targets.
  • Monitor progress towards growth metrics and adjust strategies as needed to drive results.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or revenue enablement, revenue-focused roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in these areas.
  • Familiarity with marketing methodologies and strategies, acquired through formal education and/or practical experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tracking and analyzing sales enablement metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset.
  • Experience in training and development is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
