Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Bindery Operator. This role involves operating a variety of finishing equipment and completing manual production tasks to prepare printed materials for delivery. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, consistency, and efficiency are key.

Key equipment you’ll operate:
  • Coil binding machines
  • Paper cutter
  • Crease and perforation machine
  • Laminator
A typical day includes:
  • Setting up and running bindery equipment for finishing printed materials
  • Completing manual finishing tasks as hand folding and collating
  • Verifying accuracy and quality of printed materials throughout the finishing process
  • Performing basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on equipment
  • Lifting boxes and materials (up to 50 lbs) and standing for most of your shift
We’re open to training the right person—no previous bindery or print experience is required. What matters most is your dependability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. This is a full-time role (40 hours/week), with occasional evening or weekend shifts depending on production needs.
