Job Description

Our Lincoln production team is looking for an individual who thrives in a task-driven role. You excel at concentrating on repetitive tasks that require focus, and your attention to detail rivals Sherlock’s. Finding imperfections isn’t just part of your job—it’s your second nature.

Deadlines are a must for you. They help you prioritize your day, maintain structure, and stay on task. People describe you as punctual, conscientious, and patient. If given the choice, you’d prefer working with objects over people any day. (We already checked—unfortunately, no dogs are allowed in the working area.)

What We’re Looking For:

• A commitment to quality—it’s your first, second, and third priority.
• Being on time for you means arriving five minutes early.
• The ability to lift 50 pounds and work a 40-hour week, with some schedule flexibility for fast-turnaround projects. Occasional weekends and evenings may be required.

While experience in print is a plus, we’re happy to train the right person.
