The way we see it at Firespring, there are only four legit ways to earn a living and have a good time doing it:
1. Get on TV game shows;
2. Be a pharmaceutical drug tester;
3. Perform in one of those risqué review shows;
4. Work for a seriously awesome company that doesn’t take itself too seriously.
We can’t help you with 1-3, but if you’re the right person, we can definitely hook you up with #4. You should know up-front that we are very picky about who we invite to join the Firespring family. If you’re the type of person who does great work and craves having great work to do, let us know. We’d love to hear from you.
If we don’t have current openings that suit you, please subscribe to our opportunity updates and we’ll notify you when a position opens up.
Firespring, one of Nebraska’s fastest-growing companies, is looking for a rock star to join our crew. In corporate speak, we provide printing, marketing, software and strategic guidance to thousands of brands, businesses and nonprofits. But nobody gets excited about corporate speak, so here’s the real scoop.
We’re always searching for a few special things in the people we hire. Not double-jointed, special or advanced-knowledge-of-late-‘90s-boy-bands special. Instead, we’re the type of people who love to work hard, play hard and everything in between.
We rise to any occasion with a smile on our face, laugh at a challenge and laugh harder after dominating the task. That might seem a little informal for a values statement, so for you straight-laced types, here’s our “official” stance:
The Post Office has nothing on us. Rain, snow, sleet or shine, we deliver the goods on time and strive to obliterate the expectations of our clients and coworkers. Math may not have been our best subject in school, but we always give 110%.
Ain’t no lone wolves here, pardner. At Firespring, we believe teamwork is where it’s at. Whether it means helping a team member out of a pickle or going the extra mile for a client, consider your back had.
What does it mean to give a shit? To us, it means genuinely caring about ourselves and the success and well-being of our coworkers, clients, partners and vendors. Sometimes we even give multiple shits. It’s our version of hugging, without the discomfort.
